Waiheke Cinema Cancellation & Exchange Policy
We’re a small community cinema run by locals for locals, and every ticket helps us keep the lights on and the reels rolling. Because of this, we keep our refund policy simple and fair.
Tickets are sold for a specific film, date, and time — so please double-check before you buy.
Tickets (and fees), whether bought online or at the cinema counter, are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, we’re happy to help where we reasonably can. Just contact us the day before your session (or earlier) and we can transfer your booking to another screening or issue credit vouchers. From the day of the screening onward, vouchers or changes can no longer be requested.
If the cinema ever needs to cancel or reschedule a screening due to technical issues, film supply, or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer you a full refund (minus processing fees) or vouchers.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
